Store use
Customers must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or fraudulently transact with the service.
Products and pricing
Products, prices, availability, descriptions, and imagery may be updated. Orders may be declined or cancelled for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
Payment and title
Payment must be authorized through a supported provider or accepted COD process. An automated checkout acknowledgment does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted or dispatched.
Liability and riding safety
Skateboarding involves risk. Customers should use suitable protective equipment, inspect products before use, follow manufacturer guidance, and ride within their skills and local rules.
