How do supplier-order products work?
You order and pay through DEAMLO at the displayed DEAMLO price. DEAMLO then purchases the item from its supplier for fulfillment. Current supplier availability and delivery timing are confirmed before dispatch.
Are all products open for orders?
Most catalog items can be added to the bag as supplier-order products. Protective gear and authorized-brand products remain blocked until safety documents or trade approval are complete.
How will UAE delivery work?
Shipping rates, free-delivery thresholds, COD availability, excluded areas, and delivery estimates are configurable for each emirate. The displayed values are draft defaults.
Which payment methods will be accepted?
The checkout is provider-neutral. Card and wallet payments can be connected through a supported tokenized provider; optional cash on delivery can be configured by emirate and order value.
Can I shop without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is supported. Account holders will be able to save addresses, review order history, manage preferences, and sync wishlists.
